The rooms
The Foyer has 120 single rooms , fully equipped : bed with slatted base, thick foam mattress, desk, armchair, shelves, magnetic board, round table, wardrobe with hanging space, and a washbasin area with storage. Each room features PVC flooring, double glazing (soundproofing updated in 2012), individual heating, and Wi-Fi access. Weekly cleaning is provided by the residence staff.
Services and communal areas
Kitchenettes & social life: On each floor, kitchenettes with individual refrigerated lockers and microwaves allow residents to quickly prepare snacks. “Lounge” areas encourage interaction among students.
Laundry: A dedicated space is available for drying and ironing clothes washed in the neighborhood’s self-service laundromats.
Study & leisure: Three study rooms are available for working either in silence or in groups. The common area includes a coffee machine, armchairs, a Yamaha quarter grand digital piano, an American pool table, and a foosball table. The fitness room is equipped with a treadmill and a Heubozen elliptical trainer, a WaterRower rowing machine, a wall bars unit, and a ballet barre with mirror. The establishment also features a prayer room, an indoor fountain, and a pleasant garden sheltered from outside disturbances.
Half-board catering
The on-site dining service offers a self-service evening meal from 6:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., six days a week (except Saturday evening). The breakfast is served every morning (except on Sundays and public holidays) from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. When the weather permits, meals can be enjoyed in the private garden for a friendly moment in the open air.
